1. About Adventure Nest
Adventure Nest is a website and developing business software service intended to help travel businesses manage operational workflows. Our public site describes the direction of a product that is in development; illustrative previews and descriptions may not represent features that are currently available.
2. Website use
You may browse the public website for legitimate informational purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with its security, availability or operation, or misuse the site in a way that breaches applicable law or affects other users.
3. Platform access
The business platform is intended for invited and authorised users only. If your organisation is granted access, you are responsible for keeping your login methods secure and for using information only for authorised business purposes. Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to protect security or prevent misuse.
4. Business agreements
Any paid services, support commitments, service levels, data processing arrangements or additional obligations for a business customer should be documented in a separate agreement with that customer. In the event of a conflict, that agreement takes precedence for the services it covers.
5. Information and intellectual property
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, authority and lawful handling of information they enter into the platform. Adventure Nest does not claim ownership of a customer's business records solely because they are stored in the service. The Adventure Nest name, website design and software remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights.
6. External services
Some functionality may depend on third-party services for authentication, hosting or business integrations. Those services may have their own terms, and availability may be affected by changes or outages outside our control.
7. Information on the website
We aim to keep public information accurate and up to date, but as the platform is under development, features and availability may change. Do not treat public product descriptions as a guaranteed specification or substitute for a signed business agreement.
8. Legal protections
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable New Zealand law. Any limitation of liability for paid platform use should be addressed in the relevant customer agreement.

We may revise these terms as the service develops. We will post the current version on this page with an updated date.
